The Southcoast Public Health Coalition meets virtually at least once a month, typically on Wednesdays at 2pm. In accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, agendas and a notice of the meeting are posted at least 48 hours in advance by the City of Fall River City Clerk. Meetings are open to the public. 
 
The Southcoast Public Health Coalition Advisory Board is made up of representatives from all four participating municipalities including the Director of Health & Human Services for the City of Fall River, Health Agent for the Town of Seekonk, Health Director for the Town of Swansea, and Health Agent for the Town of Somerset. With authority granted by their respective Boards of Health/Town Boards/City Council, the Advisory Board maintains control over the Coalition budget and votes on all spending decisions. All shared/regional staff members of the Coalition report to the Advisory Board.
